Using a 416R stainless steel match barrel roll-wrapped with a carbon fiber sleeve loaded under tension to create strength and reduce overall weight. 95% of the carbon fiber does not touch the barrel allowing air to foil around the steel and rapidly cool the barrel, adding rigidity and reducing overall weight. This creates an incredibly strong barrel that dissipates heat very well and provides consistent accuracy with high shot counts. The 5/8×24 threaded barrel accepts a muzzle brake or suppressor to increase your shooting experience.

- 54 Degree Bolt: The shortest in the industry (as compared to a typical 90 bolt throw). Allows for faster chambering on follow-up shots and greater bolt-to-scope clearance.
- Deep Fluted Bolt: A larger radius, deeper flute not only trims a bit more weight from the bolt body of the Mark V, it also increases the smoothness with which the bolt can be cycled.
- Cerakote: Cerakote is the industry leading thin-film ceramic coating. The cerakote unique formula enhances physical properties including wear, corrosion, and chemical resistance white improving impact strengths, and hardness.
